Arplen produces canvases for Fine Arts from 1989.
We have different qualities depending on the type of base used (cotton, polyester/cotton, linen, jute), on the grain (thick, medium, thin or very thin), on the resistance or on the painting techniques for which they are optimum. The primers used help to fix well the paint, enhancing the colours and avoiding that it penetrates into the fabric fibres, while contributing to a better conservation of the canvas.
