The planned form requests name, company, professional email, country, enquiry purpose and message to respond to catalogue, sample, distribution and product enquiries. Submission is disabled in the preview. Before activation, Arplen must confirm the legal basis for each purpose and the information displayed with the form. No advertising subscription is enabled.

The chat provides guided answers. Its contact action opens a draft in the visitor’s email application; the visitor decides whether to send it. It has no AI provider or persistent conversation history. Handling and retention of incoming emails must be confirmed before real personal data is used in testing.

Before publication, complete the legal bases by purpose; retention periods or criteria; hosting, email and other processors; recipients and any international transfers and safeguards; mandatory fields and the consequences of not providing them; and, where applicable, data protection officer details and automated decisions. These details cannot be inferred from the current website.

Where applicable, data protection law provides rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Consent can be withdrawn where processing relies on it, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Complaints may be lodged with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
